This raspberry mint water is so easy to make and refreshing. It only takes moments to prepare.
Spring is a perfect time to be sipping on water with berries, berries are at their peak right now in freshness and taste. With plenty of berries available, grocery stores have them on sale either fresh or frozen.
If you can buy organic, they are shown to be significantly higher in total antioxidant capacity than non-organic raspberries. They play an important role in lowering oxidative stress, reducing inflammation, and protecting the brain and spinal cord from free radical damage.
Raspberries are high in Vitamin C which is crucial for restoring the central nervous system function and strengthening the immune system.
Mint has one of the highest antioxidant capacities of any food it is also an anti-inflammatory.
If you don’t like the fruit or seeds floating around in your water, use a BPA-free Fruit Infuser Water Bottle. As you drink the water down add more, then you can have flavored water for several days. As the fruit gets old, it’s very easy to remove and add more so you never run out.

Refreshing Raspberry Mint Water
Ingredients
- 8 cups of water 2 liters
- 1 cup of raspberries fresh or frozen
- 2 sprigs of mint
Instructions
- Add raspberries to water, rub the mint leaves together to release the flavor and add to water.
- Swirl or stir to mix, chill and enjoy!
