Nutrient-Packed Wahls Protocol Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3 cups leafy greens chard, spinach, kale, etc.
- 1.5 cups cauliflower rice
- 1.5 cups broccoli sprouts
- 1 cup carrots baby carrots or chopped
- 2 cups Wyman's Mango Berry or mixed berries
- 3 tablespoons flaxseeds
- 2 cups filtered water or coconut water
- 1 tablespoon raw honey optional
Instructions
- Add the leafy greens, cruciferous vegetables, and colorful fruits to the blender.
- Sprinkle in the flaxseeds and pour in the water or coconut water.
- Add the raw honey for sweetness optional.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
Notes

- Drinking the entire pitcher will give you the full 3 cups of leafy greens, 3 cups of cruciferous vegetables, and 3 cups of colorful produce that Dr. Terry Wahls recommends for the day.

- I added a little more sprouts since I had a mix of different types for extra nutrients.
