Rosemary Lemon Rub

The easiest and most flavorful lemon rub you will ever make. It’s perfect with fish, poultry, and/or vegetables.

Ingredients
  

  • Juice of one lemon approx. 2-3 tablespoons
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary finely minced or 1/4 heaping teaspoon dried
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Pour over meat and/or vegetables and spread using a basting brush or the back of a spoon before cooking.
