Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

A delicious smoothie that tastes like a piece of pumpkin pie.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • ¾ cup full-fat coconut milk
  • ½ frozen banana
  • cup pumpkin puree*
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup grade B
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ ginger

Instructions
 

  • Freeze 1/2 banana ahead of time.
  • Crush ice in a blender add the rest of the ingredients and mix until smooth.
  • Pour into glass and garnish with nutmeg.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

*I use Farmer's Market Organic Pumpkin in a BPA-free can. 
As bananas start getting old cut them in half and freeze them for later recipes.
