Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
A delicious smoothie that tastes like a piece of pumpkin pie.

Ingredients

cup
crushed ice
¾
cup
full-fat coconut milk
½
frozen banana
⅓
cup
pumpkin puree*
1
tablespoon
maple syrup
grade B
¼
teaspoon
cinnamon
¼
teaspoon
nutmeg
¼
ginger
Instructions
Freeze 1/2 banana ahead of time.
Crush ice in a blender add the rest of the ingredients and mix until smooth.
Pour into glass and garnish with nutmeg.
Enjoy!
Notes
*I use Farmer's Market Organic Pumpkin in a BPA-free can.
As bananas start getting old cut them in half and freeze them for later recipes.
