Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Resting Time 2 hours
Total Time 2 hours 15 minutes
Servings 15 cups

Ingredients

  • 15 cups gluten-free pretzels (30 ounces)
  • ½ cup avocado oil (or olive oil, if you prefer its flavor)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon coconut aminos (optional, for a ranch-like tang)

Instructions

  • Combine the avocado oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, sea salt, and coconut aminos in a small bowl. Whisk until blended.
  • Place the pretzels in a large mixing bowl or a container with a lid. Drizzle the oil mixture over the pretzels.
  • Shake the container (if it has a lid) or gently stir with a large spoon to evenly coat the pretzels.
  • Let the pretzels sit for a couple of hours, stirring or shaking occasionally to ensure even coating and absorption.
  • Spread the coated pretzels on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 250°F (121°C) for 10 minutes to help the seasoning stick better and create a slightly crispier texture. (Optional)
  • Let the pretzels cool before storing them to maintain their crunch.

Notes

Bake for 10 minutes, or up to 15 minutes if needed, checking for desired crispness.
If you have the time, let it sit for up to 24 hours before baking to soak up even more flavor.
