Lemon Roasted Asparagus

A quick and easy side dish with fresh lemon juice and garlic. It’s so simple to make, you’ll want to make these again and again.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound asparagus trim ends
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • Sea salt & fresh ground pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425º F.
  • Add all ingredients to bowl except asparagus, mix then add asparagus.
  • Place asparagus on parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Lay flat and place into oven for 10-12 minutes, or until tender and crisp.
