Lemon Roasted Asparagus

A quick and easy side dish with fresh lemon juice and garlic. It’s so simple to make, you’ll want to make these again and again.

- 1 pound asparagus trim ends
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- Juice from 1 lemon
- Sea salt & fresh ground pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425º F.
Add all ingredients to bowl except asparagus, mix then add asparagus.
Place asparagus on parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Lay flat and place into oven for 10-12 minutes, or until tender and crisp.
