A delicious smoothie that is healthy, nutritious and so refreshing!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 2 kiwis peeled
  • 1 cup frozen berries blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, and/or wild blueberries
  • 1 cup filtered water

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
