  • 2 cups Cranberries
  • ¾ cup Orange Juice
  • 1 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 Cinamon Stick

Instructions

  • Juice 3-4 oranges (depending on size) to make 3/4 cup of juice.
  • In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, and maple syrup.
  • Add a cinnamon stick for extra flavor.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer.
  • Simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens.
  • Using a potato masher, mash some or all of the berries.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool to thicken.
  • Serve or store it in a glass container.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding more or less maple syrup. This can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
