Easy Zesty Cranberry Sauce

Cranberries

Orange Juice

Maple Syrup

Instructions
Juice 3-4 oranges (depending on size) to make 3/4 cup of juice.
In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, and maple syrup.
Add a cinnamon stick for extra flavor.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer.
Simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens.
Using a potato masher, mash some or all of the berries.
Remove from heat and let it cool to thicken.
Serve or store it in a glass container.
Notes
You can adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding more or less maple syrup. This can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
