Classic Garden Slaw

This is a quick and easy slaw and takes only minutes to prepare so you can get it to the table in no time at all.

- ½ large cabbage or 1 small cabbage
- 2- Carrots shredded
- 4- Radishes chopped
- 4- Scallions thinly chopped
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
- Parsley to garnish optional
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed optional
In a large skillet over medium heat melt the coconut oil then add the garlic and scallions, stir for one minute.
Add cabbage, carrots, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, ginger, salt, and pepper.
Stir for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the radishes and flaxseed.
Serve warm or cold.
