Peach Salsa Ingredients
This recipe is extremely easy to make! All you need is peaches, red bell pepper, onion, cilantro, and lime juice. Peeling and cutting the peaches is a little time-consuming but it’s not bad. I use a vegetable peeler which makes it quick and easy.
Chop up some red bell pepper and onion, if it’s pre-chopped that’s even better. Add a little cilantro and lime juice then mix it up and voilà—it’s done!
If fresh peaches aren’t available use frozen peaches. Be sure to thaw them out before adding them to the recipe.

Above is a picture of my taco dinner which includes:
- Casava flour tacos
- Grass-fed and finished ground beef

An avocado would have made it taste better—I didn’t have one.
