Healthy Foods and Snacks
Sometimes it’s hard knowing which foods you can and can’t buy. Especially when you’re hungry and you want a quick snack. Below you will find a list of some of my favorite healthy foods and snacks, including grain-free flours, herbal teas, seasonings, and chips. I created this list to make it a little easier for you. However, everyone’s dietary needs are different so read the ingredient list on the food labels before purchasing them.
I will keep this list updated so check back often.

Herbal Teas
DeTox tea by Yogi is one of my favorite herbal teas. It has a mildly sweet and slightly spicy flavor, thanks to the combination of herbs and spices used in its blend. It supports circulation, digestion, the liver, and the body’s natural cleansing process.
Horsetail improves memory, strengthens nerve cells, and is effective against urinary tract infections (UTIs).
Lemon balm can calm the nervous system and support the digestive system. It also helps with depression, insomnia, and menstrual pain.
Lemon ginger is another one of my favorite herbal teas. It is a rich source of vitamin C and antioxidants, both of which have immunity-boosting properties. It also helps with digestion, nausea, liver function, and constipation.
Nettle leaf improves brain function, helps reduce stress, boosts liver and heart health, and supports the central nervous system.
Oatstraw is an important herb for the neurological system. It also reduces brain fog, supports the adrenal glands, strengthens bones, and reduces inflammation and urinary tract infections (UTIs).
